How many revision can I get ?
You are allowed 3 set of revisions on mixing & unlimited Revisions on mastering services.
What format shall I export my stems ?
WAV or AIFF please.
Uncompressed stereo with a bit depth of at least 16bit, ideally 24bit and a sampling frequency of 44.1kHz up to 96kHz. No pre-processing using limiting or normalizing - we need as much headroom as possible to work with to make sure that your tracks sound as good as possible when we master it.
Please note Track duration must be no longer than 10 minutes.
Each version or mix of a track will be charged separately.
What is the track limit ?
There is a 64 multi-track limit, but please do contact us regarding any question you may have.
How much headroom do i need to leave ?
Plenty of headroom, please. Artifacts like clipping and distortion cannot be removed in the mix process, so allow plenty of headroom when printing your multitracks to avoid any.
How long does it take to mix & master my track ?
It should take a maximum of 7 working days from the point of payment. However, if you need your track before this deadline, we can mix your track in 1-2 days.
Can I send vocals for tuning ?
Yes, our engineers can tune your vocals when they are mixing your song.
Submit WAV tracks, and then you will be able to select tracks needing tuning.
Vocal tuning charged at £40 per vocal track (on top of your online mixing charge)
Are any autotune or specials FX included in mixing ?
Yes we do include autotune, special FX, beat edits.
How will you deliver my track ?
Your track will either be uploaded to your account section, or sent by Wetransfer or File mail to your email address or post it if you have requested to receive it in a physical format.
How long does it take to get my song back after recording ?
You will get a demo version with a mixdown the same day, however the pro final mastering will take up to 7 days to get.
Can I send you a logic project session ?
Yes you can as long as you are not using any third party plugins that we might not have.
Can I send in multiple songs ?
Yes you can we can accept this.
Can I get a radio edit, acapella, stems, pa version ?
Yes, we can give you everything you require.
What genres do you do ?
We cover absolutely all genres.
Is 2 hours enough to finish a song ?
Yes 2 hours is enough, as we do Mastering in our own time.
